when we through stupidity left out laptop at the frontdesk, these two
lovely girls (I wish I knew their names) came to the airport and
returned it t -
What did i like the most was the staff of the hostel. They were so nice with us helping and greeting all the times with a big wide smile on the face. They are really great! Rooms are big, clean and spacious. The place is just next to the metro station so there is no problem to get anywhere you want. But it is really hard to find by the first time - we did the call to reception and they explained to the taxi driver how to get there. So easy :-)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, having a 24h reception is very
convenient for late check-ins and early check-outs.

Excellent customer service. Reception and bar staff speak excellent
English and go out of their way to help you.
Trip to Mutianyu was excellent value for money and despite being stuck in a traffic jam was a fantastic day out.
The hostel is an easy 5 min walk from the Dongsi metro station. Very easy to find. Don't be put off by comments which say it's hard to find.

The staff were excellent and really helpful - all English speaking which is so helpful as it is difficult in this city to find many English speaking people to help you Hostel very friendly and relaxed and plenty of Chinese travelling students who are keen to speak with you and go out and eat with youI liked the area the hostel was in -

I love the bar/resto and the rooftop! A nice place to hang out at
night or when we just want to rest for a while. I like the location
because its still in the middle of city but it's not as crowded or
as noisy as other city centers. It's also very close to metro
station. All in all, it's perfect place to stay! Very excellent and
helpful staffs too

очень понравилось, во - первых центр города и есть возможность погулять во - вторых удобно добираться до любых точек в Пекина на такси имаса других милых прелестей........ - очень доброжелательный персонал.Все изложенные претензии нисколько не повлияли на мой отдых, но уверен что для кого то другого они могут быть очень существенными.

The staff were very helpful and very eager to help. They also spoke good English. The hostel had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Free food was provided for 2 nights that I stopped there which is also a bonus. It was quite well located to a metro station which was about a 5-10 minute walk away. -

We stayed in a double room with Ensuite. The room was spacious, the bed large and the bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water. Decoration was to a high standard and the hostel was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices at the bar. Extremely close to the metro - though it is still hard to find - left from exit d

It is just next to the Dongxi Station exit for line 5 & line 6.
A supermarket nearby, and walk a bit to the lane, you can find some nice restaurant to have cheap local Beijing Food.
Safe even I was back from HuTong around 11.30pm.
Staff are nice to offer help, as I was depart on a rainy day, with materials I have to protect for client meeting. They offered me a big plastic bag to protect my stuff.
