Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. The management really pays attention to the details which made our stay extremely comfortable. -

I stayed 2 times at this beautiful hotel already (each time several days) and I will return to it when I'm back in Beijing. available when we arrived--so for the same price were upgraded to a

Family room was fantastic, (5 adults) large and comfy beds with a large lounge area. Staff very attentive (particularly Raoul) in catering to needs and providing helpful suggestions for trips. Close to wangfujing street with lots of shopping and less than 5 mins walk to metro. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)

Reception is good, always make me feel welcome. When feedback was provided during check out, the duty manage took step to make sure the glitch did not affect my stay and took initiative to arrange airport transfer for me. Excellent services! -

I requested a room on the east side as high as possible and was rewarded
with spectacular views over the cctv tower and beyond. Very stylish and

The courtyard style hotel was lovely with lots of traditional features. We stayed in November so it was too cold sit in the courtyard but instead w had drinks in front of a log fire. It's in a great location down a hutong alleyway. Staff were very helpful and provided an English guide on sights, restaurants and bars. We had dinner in 2 of the rest

The staff in the reception speaks english very well, the attitude is so friendly and explain the city very well including a city map with clearly indications.
They give us a present for our anniversary, a cake and a letter. The room was perfect with very nice details and well decorated. The situation is very near the city centre and the external áreas of the hotel are very comfortable, nice and well design.

The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc.

We were immediately upgraded at no extra cost due to no availability of non smoking room. The reception and conciege staff were excellent and very cooperative. The room was very comfortable; we very much enjoyed the luxury after a long backpacking trip. The spa (swimming pool, sauna) is included in the room rate and there is no additional charge. The spa facilities are well maintained and we made ample use of them. WiFi is fast and free. Staff is very friendly and helpful. -
