Breakfast is very good. The hotel is besides the Expo hall. Very convenient location for this purpose.

They upgraded me to executive suite - it was a pleasant surprise. Also, I was super happy with their flexibility. I had to run errands and couldn't get back to the hotel to check out before 2 PM and they extended my stay without charging me extra. Really thoughtful and the staff was truly amazing. Would love to come back again. -

... что говорят » for 14 days and I really enjoyed my staying. They upgraded me in an executive room, the swimming pool was quite big and the staff has been very friendly (despite some problems in the communication). The hotel is only few minutes away from the underground station.

It's a nice hotel with great location for those people who prefer
easy way to airport. The airport express is just one minute away.

Acoustic insulation is excellent. Facilities very good in general. Food excellent.The Spa, pool and mainly the massage service are very pleasant. - The breakfast, though an expensive add-on, had an extensive selectionfrom congee, dim sum and sushi, to full 'English' breakfast fry-ups, tocereal, breads, pastries, freshly made crepes, omelettes etc.

Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous
manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel

I had first some doubts because some comments were not so good.
But then I booked a Junior Suite for a reasonable price. It was in the Executive Wing. INcluding breakfast and several other goodies!
Everything was fine! Clean, big, nice room, Bathroom with a cool Bathtube.
All the personal I met spoke well English.
