My wife and I (newlyweds!) stayed here one night as an escape from our busy lives as students. Hoda was a very gracious host. She made our stay comfortable and memorable. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped inside. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this B and B to friends/family traveling to Waterloo. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too. This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace.
We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing!
ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice.

I loved the convenience of the location. It is only two hour driving from Toronto and hotel has beautiful scenery looking to the lake. the free breakfast of good quality makes easier and happy and also free coffee in the lobby. The Inn was excellent in terms of decor, facilities and the breakfast
offering was stellar. The suite we stayed in surpassed our expectations.
Tastefully decorated and super clean! The bed was very comfortable. We
particularly enjoyed the scenic view of the wharf from our balcony. The

Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!

I had to be located near the hospital during a bad snow storm. The Residence Inn fit the bill perfectly. Lovely room, very comfortable, accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good, not your usual hotel breakfast. I will be staying there again! Wonderful hotel!

The Ritz Toronto staff was like no other Ritz experience I have had. Their concierge club room offered top notch cuisine and service along with a breathtaking view of the CN tower. -

You can't fault this hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so friendly, even though it's a large chain hotel it felt more like a small boutique hotel. It as five star all the way. -

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the time we walked up the front steps to the time we checked out. We had an issue with our room and it was dealt with quickly and with little fuss. The room we ended up staying in was lovely, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Hotel is in an excellent location and we were able to walk everywhere

The location was perfect, just 2 short blocks from Queen Street, so
close enough to walk, but far enough away from all the activity.
It's also across the street from the Niagara River, so it was a very

Hotel looks great: large bedroom and bathroom, quick check in and check out, incredibly friendly and professional staff, great coffee machine at the lobby, good breakfast, very good shower (no bath, what I really appreciate), location, good selection of TV channels, available beverages and food choices in the room… It’s definitely a very good choice.

Just like being in Europe - except they have face cloths and ice
machines! Excellent value for the money, and 50 yards or so from the
free people mover to the airport terminals - ideal for a layover in the
center of the Canadian universe. Don't listen to those people
complaining about the cost of the microwave food at the bar. Sure,
it's overly expensive, but the monorail will take you to the airport
for free, and there are 24 hour restaurants there - not gourmet, but
Swiss Chalet, Timmy's, etc
