The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. Best Western Hotels always have good quality interior fittings and the staff are very helpfull - Bed and pillow were sooo comfortable - I had a great sleep!

The staff - reception, cleaning lady changed the batteries in the tv remote, the breakfast lady was always checking to see that food was available. Seems to enjoy their jobs and were helpful in every way.

This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost
courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for
renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was

I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

Lots of amenities - budget priced room included separate bed and sitting

For the price we paid I felt we got good value. Attending the PGA the location was good. A Continental Breakfast was included and the staff in charge made everyone feel comfortable with conversation. Looks like some renovations have been done and everything was clean.

The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms
were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that
there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. Staff was nice and
helpful. There was not much sound from the planes flying into and out of
