  The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view. The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room. The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters, tile, etc). It was very convenient to have a fridge. And the restaurant service was very attentive and - Location perfect - could walk to so much. View was awesome - 20th floor toward needle, like a postcard. Breakfast nice (included), service excellent.Quiet. Loved the glass elevators. Pool was nice, good sauna. Porters out front let us know about the self-park garage which was $21 for overnight and we were very close to the hotel entrance. The room and bed was so nice, we enjoyed spending time there.

  Polite and friendly staff.Great fitness area.Laundry facilities in the suites at the hotel.Old leather furniture. - The front desk staff were very nice. Location very good, right downtown. Room amenities more than adequate.
