We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us. We look forward to many more stays. -

First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings. I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always. I really appreciate that the Sheraton is taking the environment seriously and enabling us to hold to our principles as we stay in the hotel. -

Beautiful waterfront property with very nice rooms and an excellent staff. The spa was a true delight and the "Kunamokst" Native Indian Mural in the lobby is a unique awe inspiring piece of art! Connie the owner/manager is very hands on, and takes personal interest in the needs of her guests. We would highly recommend this resort! -

Beautiful rooms and resort, nice views of the Burrard Inlet/Harbour and Stanley Park, very comfortable bed and furniture. - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk staff was rude when we checked in as was the bellhop They just kept telling us how if we touched the fridge we would have to pay!!Maybe we looked like we couldnt afford a 5$ coke,Im not sure however the concierge staff was very helpful!And that made our expierence! -

The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! -

Bed was comfortable.There was a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. It also had a washer and dryer. The hotel is also very close to shopping and downtown Kelowna.
