I had an early appt at the Edmonton Clinic and live 3 hours away. It was so nice to be able to have a good nights sleep, get up and walk to my appt and not gave to worry about parking. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

The dinner we had at the lodge was excellent...very different and interesing combinations. The included breakfast was equally yummy with lots of choices.
The room was very comfortable and sitting out on the verandah in the comfy chairs was so relaxing and peaceful.
Loved the location along the river and away from the hustle and bustle.

This was a great 2-night stay. With a short walking distance to Lake Luise and less hustle/bustle and cost compared to Fairmont Chateau it was a wonderful booking.

The King Room was largish, comfortable with mountain view. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent choices of quality food in restaurant. A spacious main lounge with log fire, a piano room and card room were furnished with carefully chosen items to suite this pleasantly dated accommodation. All of this within a short stroll to Lake Louise. Our three nights was not enough in this wonderful landscape

Good place to stay to view the glacier, which we did't go onto but enjoyed getting a sense of the stark environment. Expensive because it is one-of-a-kind place to stay there. Recommended if you want to do more than pass by glacier. We didn't eat there or anything.

Stephanie welcomed us at the desk and provided the info we needed to make our stay comfortable. When we told her we had stayed at the Inn several times, she surprised with complimentary breakfast. Very pet friendly as this was our first experience having our pet in a hotel. Great place

After a few sleepless nights in Canmore, Sunwapta Falls came like a rain in the desert! It was absolutely lovely. Our room was kitchy and dated, but the beds were extremeely modern, comfortable and clean. Staff service was the best we encountered on our 25th anniversary bike tour from Jasper to Banff. Janessa helped us plan our travel and allowed us to leave our vehicle at the resort for an extra 4 days. She even had champagne waiting for us in the room. because our pre booked was not ready they gave us an upgrade, not only had the room been updated but we had a kitchen with oven so were able to cook for our selves. The bed was fantastic,the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Staff very friendly and there was a pool and Hot Tub -

Loved the opportunity to stay at your lodge, no tv, no internet, no phone and two glasses of wine next to a beautiful fireplace. So relaxing, we went to the lake Louise hotel and were amazed at how commercialized it was. So happy we stayed at moraine lake instead. It was a bit on the expensive side. We would be more eager to come back sooner if there were some incentives. At this point we are not.planning another trip due to.the cost.

I Liked that it was a quieter week end and we were able to get an upgrade. The room we originally booked was close to the pub, and being non drinkers as well as wanting quiet, that may not have worked out very well. But we did have a lovely room on the creek side and enjoyed it very much. Also enjoyed that it was walking distance to everything we needed.
