  The bed was incredibile, the pillows and duvet were like sleeping on a cloud with just the right weight and temperature. The air tub was just what was needed after a full day of skiing, follwed by resting infront of the wood burning fireplace. The only thing that topped our hotel stay was the great downhill skiing.   Hotel staff were extremely accommodating. When we arrived our letsbookhotel.com reservation was not in their system, but they quickly made up for that. We had travelled from Ireland and were awake 20hrs when we arrived at the hotel so it was great to have a good restaurant in the hotel.   The Bistro was excellent. I like a breakfast included and this was a full breakfast with fresh fruit, sorted breads, cereal and eggs. Very friendly staff. I ate several dinners & lunches there too. The front desk couldn't have done more for me. Always asking if they could assist with anything else. While the rooms are on the small side, it perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff were phenomenal. So courteous and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to the C-train, just a 5-10 minute walk to the station which meant that I could avoid high taxi fares when going into the city.

  WE were fortunate to have the first week of the holiday season with few people around, excellent weather, and great service. This suited our needs perfectly and we really enjoyed our time. We will be back again either early for late in the season. The scenery is beautiful and the dining room patio looks out on the lake so combined with the delicious food it makes for a most enjoyable dining experience.
