Clean.Comfortable.Convenient. Helpful staff. Provided essential services for an overnight stay while waiting for a flight the next morning. Liked "one-call" aspect, whereby I had accommodation, transportation, and breakfast with only 1 call. Simplified my travel. -

Room was spotlessly clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was ok, gym was adequate. The pool and hot tub looked inviting, but I did not use them.

I love that it close to walk to do shopping. Lots of shopping and places to eat close by. We had a king suite it was nice and roomy as we we stayed 4 nights. Super 8 hotels never seem to disappoint us this is our 2nd one we have stayed at. -

The staff were very helpful, although letsbookhotel.com messed up on our
reservation, so when we arrived there was no room for us that allowed
pets. The staff actually asked others to move so we could stay there
with our dog.

Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. Absolutely the most convenient location for my visits. Tim Hortons in the parking lot, Safeway across the street and Dairy Queen across the other street. My work location was less than 2 blocks away as well. -

Old charm, the pub downstairs had live music that could be heard in the hotel, however it did not go late, which leant itself to part of the charm of staying in an old hotel. Room was very clean, staff very friendly! -

The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. Staff was very accomodating!! Had a mix up with booking (requiring 2 queen beds not one) but they fixed it right away and with no extra charge! Very impressed with staff!! Good breakfast! -

location was convenient and surroundings were more than adequate - The airport shuttle service was a relief to the mind, to know we could be taken to the hotel easily. The restaurant has a wonderful friendly waitress that made us feel very welcome.
