  One of the quietest rooms I have ever stayed in. Great beds and very spacious. I will stay again for a late arrival into Ottawa as the price was less yet a better hotel than the others that I have stayed at in the past. - very helpful staff, check in was quick!   Having stayed at the Southway a half dozen times in the last ten years, this visit was the best by far--perhaps it has something to do with the change of ownership?? The reception staff were excellent: getting me a coffee while I waited to check-in (the system was down) and then giving me 10% discount vouchers. The same ready and pleasant service ... что говорят » was also in evidence in the Restaurant=a vast difference of attitude from what I experienced on my stay last November. Ditto for the room; no chipped - I liked the clean homey atmosphere of the hotel and also the fact that it is only a 5 min drive to the Casino and race track. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the Shallows restaurant --- got an upgrade during the current renovations and appreciated that very much.
