I highly recommend this hotel to everybody. The room is very clean and their service is very impressive given the price. Only an example here, we lived in a room with a private kitchen and left several used dishes in the sink one day morning (planning to wash later). The hotel is well situated near the Berri/UQAM subway station. My room was indeed spacious and comfortable, but also very quiet, even though it faced the street.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it does offer good value at a modest cost. -

The hotel is in prime location and really good for the price. the room was big, with nice wooden floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils and cutleries. The staffs gave us 2 nights of free internet out of our 3 nights stay. They are very helpful and friendly. The room service is good as well. There are many supermarkets around, all within 1-5 mins walk. Metro station is just 5 mins walk. I’ll stay there again.

Very close to the Old City
Staff was very nice and explained all the activities as soon as we reached the hotel include notations on the map. -
The fact that we had a complete kitchen was great, and the separation of the bedroom from the rest of the suite was very nice.

Almost everything is perfect.
The hotel is far from the city centre, but if you have a car, here is an easy solution: drive to the Radisson metro station, park for free and continue by metro. Also, if you plan a one-day trip to Quebec City, you win with this location. -

There was one girl at reception who was very kind and helpful to us - were it not for her advice we would not have been able to get downtown and enjoy our weekend - Computer was near our room, the daily continental breakfast, fitness room.
