  Our room rate was $111 plus tax. It was a suite with lots of space. A kitchenette fully stocked with necessary dishes, utensils, pots pans, full size refrigerator, microwave. Helped save us a little money by cooking breakfast in the morning so we were not rushed to get out of the hotel in the mornings to find something to eat.

  It's centric. My room and my bed were big. Good/affordable meals. - The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Pierre who was working the front desk on Dec 31st and Jan 1st he was outstanding in his customer service. Our interaction with Pierre made the trip memorable.

  The familiarity of the rooms, being a university residence, as our son just graduated one year ago from an Ottawa University. I really liked the ability to just relax and have the full-sized fridge. The bathroom is great for a travelling person or couple.   The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling.
