Hotel was lovely - loved the comfortable beds, decor and great neighbourhood. Short walk to Old Quebec - but right around corner from some of city's best restaurants and shops. - wonderful staff, nice small size, a lot like a room in Paris, excellent location we walked everywhere, very accurate description online, no surprises

We liked the room with the balcony with the view over the street, with the atmosphere and cafés. The nice little sitting room downstairs with free coffee and a piece of chocolate, was great. The cafe is very recommendable. Despite the bussines, the staff was always smiling, very friendly. They really seems to like their jobs. -

Their signature top-notch breakfasts were healthy, tasty, varied, most ample, and beautifully presented. The linens in the bedroom, bathroom and at the table are highest quality. There was a small bouquet of fresh flowers in our room! The ideas and helpfulness of these hosts was what make bed and breakfasts such an highere was a small bouquet of fresh flowers in our room!

The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

It's a beautifully restored facility, furnished to resemble a Victorian residence. It's very romantic. The owner has furnished it with antiques and lovely carpets and drapes, the opposite of a chain hotel. On the other hand, the wifi and flat panel TVs are completely up to date. -

A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too. LOVED IT!! - The staff were very helpful with any requests and the buffet breakfast was delicious with great fresh choices.

Warm,friendly, helpful staff that were understandably proud of their lovely city. So appreciative of the folks at the Front Desk.
