I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

Paul at the front desk was very friendly. Very personable, asked how our stay was, related to us well by saying he'd been to our home town etc. He was very friendly to a young boy asking a question at the front desk. The housekeeping lady was very friendly (I didn't catch her name)

Everything! Property was absolutely clean, with full amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, particularly loved the freshly made waffles! An amazing B&B where Clare and Kelly greet you as family friends rather than paying guests. Afternoon tea is served on arrival, delicious scones, fresh fruit and more! The house is immaculate and very stylish. Guests are welcome to use all the lounge facilities. The delightful garden and swimming pool are an added bonus. As to the breakfasts....unbelievable! The best B&B we have ever visited

Staff was very welcoming. Our room was moved so we had a better view of the lake across the street. Any questions we had were answered. Loved that SaveOnFoods was within walking distance along with other food establishments.

Nice room with a good location close to the park with a beach and restaurants. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pol and hot tub. Our room was clean and breakfast was included. We did enjoy the little separate dressing area in the room and it was great to have a fridge and coffee maker.
