  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! Oh, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. - Really liked the Bar. The bar staff (Ashley) was friendly and talkative and would be a major asset to any establishment.

  The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

  "clean" tv clicker!- never seen one before price was great location great restaurant that was open very early - Pleasant and friendly in all areas.....management, front staff and housekeeping. - It was very clean and the amenities were well maintained. Beds were comfortable.

  The courtyard pool is lovely, even has food service. It stays open till 10:30 you can swim and listen to the musician in the lounge. The gym and the breakfast included were appreciated. Beds comfy. - Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.
