  Rooms are updated, clean, washroom very clean, the beds were comfortable with nice big pillows. One of the better sleeping bed i have slept in a hotel.   I stayed there as a stop between Hope and Banff. First of all, the owner, Josh, was Very friendly and have done everything that was possible to make our stay the most confortable one. Altough by looking outside it might seems a bit simple,the hotel offers big and confortable rooms, great bathrooms, all renewed. Definitelly, - Kamloops was MUCH nicer than we'd thought - for us it was just a stopover on way to Rockies, but actually it is a very pleasant little town with a lovely riverside. The couple running the Inn were really friendly and helpful. And our room had a bathtub as well as a shower, which you don't always get - much appreciated. Breakfast good; v relaxed and jolly atmosphere.

The room was clean, very well kept, the beds were very comfortable and the room was well designed to meet our needs. When I booked, we asked for an upper floor room and we got it. Anything we asked for we got and - this place was a gem in an otherwise uninspiring town. the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a room with a view. Although it was a fair way from the centre of town, we saw this as an advantage as it had a great outlook over the surrounding hills and there was a shopping centre nearby. The Chinese restaurant next door served a wonderful meal.
