  It was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. There was a mix-up with our reservation, and the hotel was just about full, but they took care of us just fine. One room was upgraded to the new wing, so we could compare "standard" to "premium". The premium 2-queen room was quite a bit larger (as you'd hope).... что говорят » It would comfortably have slept 2 adults and 4 kids. The bathroom was a bit nicer. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. - The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful (Unfortunately, i have forgotten his name) and he had a great sense of humour. I really liked the idea that the room windows could open for "real" fresh air. Liked the option of the washer and dryer.

  Very accommodating staff. I needed to stay an extra day and even though the hotel was busy - there was no problem. They are very business- friendly. My stay was 3 nights and every morning I had faxes to send and there was no charge for this service. My local business telephone calls were Free. Even the parking was Free. If you are a shopper - they are surrounded by malls and - I came to Fredericton for the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival where my son was playing. From my arrival everybody I met was warm, helpful and friendly. The city was lovely, especially the university campus and Waterloo Row. I didn't have the time to visit much of what is clearly a very beautiful area but I certainly will at some time in the future. Thank you everyone.

  The night manager was kind enough to call us @ midnight to advise that our vehicle was running. It burnt $16.00 of gas. This was reported to police because there is a scanner that opens vehicles & the steal articles from inside the vehicle. Thank you - This hotel was great value for the price.
