  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   Staff were welcoming and efficient. Location is right downtown. My room, assigned on arrival, was a superior one, with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, lounging chair, balcony, very comfortable. Free use of computers in business centre. Good breakfast with hot and cold options.   Hotel staff were extremely accommodating. When we arrived our letsbookhotel.com reservation was not in their system, but they quickly made up for that.
