Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

Very welcoming staff and wonderful breakfast which was included in the price. The bar area was also a great place to have a casual dinner at night - compliments to the chef!
Location was perfect for walking into the old town and port. Dundee Arms has a very charming atmosphere especially in the "Fall". -

We stayed 2 nights, had 2 rooms, 2 couples. We liked the convenience of the underground walkway, especially for pool use! The woman at the front desk around noon on thurs Sept 5 was exceptional. Great customer service! We asked for an Italian restaurant and she recommended Sirencella. Loved it! Thank you so much! -

I liked the fact there were chairs outside and we could enjoy the sun. The rooms are not the newest but they are very clean. I also liked the fact there was a gas stove and a fridge along with all the cookware and dishes were there for us. It was VERY quiet even though there were a lot of bikers in the next rooms. Good value as we didn't stay in the room much, used it as a base to travel the island. Very friendly staff, interesting breakfast offered! Homey. Clean. No noise from the airport or road at all (in the main, newer building) and we were upgraded when we got there.

We loved this motel! Friendly staff, gave us several brochures on the area. Not fancy, but clean and everything suited our needs. It had a full kitchen, good shower, great wi-fi, large play area for children, quiet, close to downtown Charlottetown and shopping malls, flat screen TV - everything you could possibly need for a long stay. -
