  Having stayed at the Southway a half dozen times in the last ten years, this visit was the best by far--perhaps it has something to do with the change of ownership?? The reception staff were excellent: getting me a coffee while I waited to check-in (the system was down) and then giving me 10% discount vouchers.   I had to be located near the hospital during a bad snow storm. The Residence Inn fit the bill perfectly. Lovely room, very comfortable, accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good, not your usual hotel breakfast. I will be staying there again! Wonderful hotel!
