Hotel has good location (around the corner of riverside and main streets). The best of this hotel is the staff, who were really helpful and client oriented. Breakfast was good. The room are big and clean. -

I found this place to be terrific value at us$69 per night which
included a first-rate breakfast at the hotel's poolside cafe. My
air-conditioned room came with a fan, a big balcony, an en-suite

Nice friendly staff, we booked one of the family rooms, it was spacious, clean and a good size.
The hotel sits directly behind the Royal Palace so it's walking distance down to the Riverside and the numerous restaurants along the front. If you don't want to walk there are plenty of tuk tuk's you can take.
Nice swimming pool with a bar and a few tables around it if you fancy lunch or a snack by the pool.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms but let down by the noise from the rooms above....from early evening throughout the night and again morning. Stayed 4 nights and each night was spoilt by heavy stomping feet above, scraping furniture and echoing movement. Maybe carpet is needed? The staffs are really accommodating. Special thanks to Chandy for
assisting us on booking car/tuktuk every time we need to hit the
road. Our room is nice and clean plus it's just in front of the
pool! In terms of room size, it's just average. Also, the hotel
allowed us to check in earlier than usual and without any charge.
Overall, our stay in the hotel was awesome.

This hotel was a great price & right in town. We stayed overnight only, on our way to Siem Reap. It had a cute little pool, with lounges & small bar. Their food was excellent, which I think they got from a Resturant next door. Good service & big rooms with a safe, TV, fridge etc. all the things we needed.
