  It was best hotel we had in Cambodia. We was quite disappointed about cleanliness of Cambodian hotels and this guesthouse was a nice exception and by the way the cheapest deal (prices got crazy because of Chinese New Year). Nice bathroom, comfortable bad, safetybox in the room, clean. The room is without windows what i normally don't like. Staff is great, friendly! - The best thing about this hotel is its location. Right in the heart of the city next to the river the location cannot be beaten. Our room was at the front and so we had a great view of the river from our balcony. It was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helped us a lot.

  This is an old mansion, converted to a small guesthouse. The garden is a wonderful place to eat a relaxing breakfast. The location is ideal -- walking distance to most things a tourist wants to do. The staff speaks good English and French, is responsive, available, and helpful. It's not for the party-hearty crowd, but there are two places th - Staff are so friendly and helpfull. Alibi has a nice courtyard to relax in and have breakfast in the morning. My room was spacious, clean and with a decent bed. It's close to the Royal Palace and Riverside and tuktuks are everywhere. Would definitely stay there again! Phnom Penh has surprises me in a positive way, although busy a relaxed place

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This is a newly built hotel and the room was clean and in ecxellent condition. Room was cleaned daily and refilled with free mineral water. Staff is firendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant serves excellent italian food and you find tasty drinks on the bar. Bar closes early thou.   A few steps away from National Museum and royal palace .. could even see the roof of the museum from 3rd floor hotel room .. many restaurants and stall nearby .. particularly a roadside coffee stall opposite of the museum, the coffee is superb..
