We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This is a newly built hotel
and the room was clean and in ecxellent condition. Room was cleaned
daily and refilled with free mineral water. Staff is firendly and
helpful. The hotel restaurant serves excellent italian food and you find
tasty drinks on the bar. Bar closes early thou.

The rooms were clean and fresh despite some other reviews on here. The staff were polite and very attentive, which was very welcomed by us after staying in a large faceless hotel in Bangkok. The location is fantastic and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast here was the best of my whole trip-go for a Khymer set breakfast :)

There are big rockers(I could put in there 50l backpack)for each persons.Hostel will lend you big rock for that.

It was best hotel we had in Cambodia. We was quite disappointed about cleanliness of Cambodian hotels and this guesthouse was a nice exception and by the way the cheapest deal (prices got crazy because of Chinese New Year).

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Right in the heart of the city next to the river the location cannot be beaten. Our room was at the front and so we had a great view of the river from our balcony. It was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helped us a lot.

ceiling and very quiet, the bathroom was nice and neat. We then moved to
a smaller, cheaper room: it was really smaller but still nice and clean,
with good taste. The Wi-Fi works well too. The location is very central,
you can easily reach every part of the city.

My regular 80 room hotel had added a breakfast and doubled their price so I thought it was time to reconsider! For $22 per night a 25m2 room with a balcony and a view -wow! I arrived about 1730hrs asked for a Vietnam visa and had it back just within 24 hours for $56. There is an adjoining restaurant that provides great meals. -

It's close to the Royal Palace and Riverside and tuktuks are everywhere. Would definitely stay there again! Phnom Penh has surprises me in a positive way, although busy a relaxed place

Vietnam visa, I had booked a seat on a bus to Siem Reap and hotel. The
staff were very efficient and knew how to help. The room was huge and

The hotel is in a perfect spot, slap bang in the middle of the
backpackery area and only a few minutes waljk from the nightlife spots,
the river promenade- thngy and the Royal Palace. It is a little bit
nicer looking than the other backpackery places on the road, but no more
expensive. A very good deal, then, if your looking for a slightly-nicer-than-
backpacker hotel in a great spot. (Oh, and also, the room had a
fantastic bathroom considering the price.)
