Please note that the final cleaning fee is included in the price. For stays longer than 10 days, free cleaning and changing of the towels is included in the price every 5 days. There is a possibility to request additional cleaning and changing of the towels, at a surcharge. Please note that check-in and key collection take place at: Office Menada Apartments, ground floor in Rose Village Complex, Main Street Sunny Beach 8240, Bulgaria, opposite Nobel Hotel and Galeon Hotel, GPS coordinates of the office: 42. 670593, 27.706764 (+42° 40' 14.13", +27° 42' 24.35"). Please note that the check-out time is defined upon check-in and can be between 07:00 o'clock and 11:00 o'clock. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
