  I chose the room with patio upon suggestion of other visitors: definitely nice and cozy. Been on the ground level and surrounded by windows, though, the temperature was low and I had to keep the heat on all night long.   Reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Our executive double room was fantastic! Big comfy beds. Clean bedding and towels every day. Big balcony. Nice bathroom/wetroom. The Park View Hotel was better for half the pr - Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies) Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport. The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant. Would highly recommend.

  We booked a regular double room for 6 nights, but got an upgrade for the suite instead (no extra charge!) due to room planning issues. The suite was lovely. One staff member speaks french quite well, the other staff members a little english.
