Excellent personnel, everyone seems really happy, great service skills, especially in the restaurant, lets don't forget the excellent food, compliments to the chef and the servers! Rooms are very spacey and newly furnished. Key point was the location, it just can't be better! Great athmosphere around the pool, thanks to the staff working there!

The Nessebar Royal Palace is very pleasant local hotel well situated in the old town. The hotel is well kept and furnished to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the historic sites is excellent.

The location was perfect for visiting the churches, but the cruise ship crowds and tacky souvenir shops really make it hard to enjoy what was once a great little place. Hotel was lovely and peaceful and very clean . Staff were so polite and helpful . The location is perfect lots of nice restaurants with great views especially the restaurant below the hotel ! Its only a short bus ride away from sunny beach if you wanted to go to the bars . Holiday was perfect would definitely go back again! -
