  Good location, on the beach front but with the pool between the rooms and the main walking front and restaurants so not noisy at all. Staff was great, very helpful, some even speak English!   Very relaxing location, away from the busy Praia do Forte, but easy to get there via taxi or bus if you wish. Restaurant is well priced, good variety. 2 pools, table tennis.   Although Morro de SP is not a typical destination for people with limited mobility, I took my father there who is in a wheelchair for long distances. I was so impressed by how accomodating staff were at Carme Pousada.   We heard it's the best hotel in Morro and it's probably true. Everything was great. The position is just perfect, close to the 'segunda praia' (you can walk there along the beach or take the free hourly jeep from the pousada) but laying in between the quiet and stunning 3rd and 4th beaches. Breakfast is good, typical brazilian colorful breakfast with fresh foo - Very friendly staff, welcoming, they organised pedicure and manicure for us and massages ad hoc, great rooms, we loved the balcony with the hammocks. Great breakfast. Good shuttle service to town, but it is also easy to walk to the little town if you use the beachfront. Great to relax and quiet. If you like noice and party stay at the center, if you like it quiet but close to the beach the place is perfect!
