  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   The proximity to the airport is of course excellent.The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.I would prefer it if the hotel had a few ice dispensers around. - Not bad for a quick overnight at the airport - quite comfortable and finally - an iron iron the room!.   Perfect place to stay. The hosts were charming, friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay in their home. They are justifiably very proud of their town and eagerly share their knowledge and love of it.   As business travellers the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was a continental which was good. The staff were very friendly and the price is a lot cheaper than the hotels closer to Brussels Central - Our host Linda was excellent & the facilities first class. Also good to stay outside Leuven but have easy 5-10 minute access
