  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   The proximity to the airport is of course excellent.The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.I would prefer it if the hotel had a few ice dispensers around. - Not bad for a quick overnight at the airport - quite comfortable and finally - an iron iron the room!. I had emailed before hand about a airport shuttle and also reminded them of the 5:00 am shuttle needed at the front desk when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and the price is a lot cheaper than the hotels closer to Brussels Central - Our host Linda was excellent & the facilities first class.   We loved that Leen and Tom treated us incredibly well, nothing was too much for them. Our suite was wonderful, clean, very spacious and beautifully furnished. We had fresh fruit and chocolates and a full mini bar every day! The Villa is beautiful, the surrounding gardens green and tranquil. The breakfast was the best I've ever had (it beats a 5-star American hotel) : Homemade jellies, fresh (also exotic) fruits, pancakes, wonderful cheeses, croissants etc. Everything either freshly bought or freshly made as you arrive.
