  The receptionist (young lady) was very helpfull and serviceminded. The breakfast was good and there was a variable choice of egg, bread, cheese etc. The room was fine and with a balcon (away from the motorway).   Good location for overnight stop en route to Dunkirk. Had front room on 2nd floor which was very quiet due to excellent double glazing. Staff were very attentive without being overbearing.   I have stayed at Ibis hotels many times before. Always a good time, but this time the Hotel really impress. The size of the room, against the normal Ibis network was huge and the staff very pleasant. Congratulations - Location was excellent and the room was very good value.

  This B&B is the best place we've stayed in Europe! The rooms are large, airy, super clean, with an up-to-date high end decor. The host/owner is one of the busiest, most pleasant, and accommodating hosts we've met. Brussels, Ghent, and Burges are easy drives. Stayed with my wife and young son and we used the B&B as a travel jump point into Brussels, Gent and several other destinations with no regrets whatsoever. If you want a supremely massive room with Spa, ask for the top floor family room, although the normal room we stayed in was 100% perfect!

  The staff were extremely helpful and most welcoming. Room was spacious, comfortable and included tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during - Hotel is convenient to train station (2 min. walk) and city center (10 min. tram ride or 20 min. walk). Hotel owners are professional and friendly, and work hard to make guests comfortable and to orient them to the city sights. Rooms are clean, comfortable, updated, and spacious. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Friendly atmosphere. Neighborhood quieter than you'd expect given its proximity to train station, but there are plenty of restaurants and conveniences near-by. I'd gladly stay here agai
