We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Friendly helpful owner and staff.Good continental buffet breakfast. Hotel is in a nice area of Antwerp (End of 8 and 12 Tram line). This is the second time I have been to De Joker. I stayed in a different room this time. A beautifully presented stand alone studio with a separate/private entrance. Kitchen, small dining table, seating area, TV, comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom.

Owners was friendly and helpful. They gave us a nice and introduction.
We stayed in the suite with balcony and it was a neat, romantic, large, duplex room.
Room has its own kitchenette and it was nice making our own dinner.
Not much to see in this area but it was a base for us for Brussels and Antwerp so it was OK.

Antwerp and they arranged for her to have an extra key, which is just
one example of their accommodating nature. Much appreciated. -

I arrived late in the evening yet was greeted extremely warmly and made to feel very welcome. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, room was very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel was within walking distance of the railway station, yet the building had lovely character, and the area was quiet at night. -

Relaxed and very friendly staff and owners. Rooms absolutely spotless. Cleanliness of en suite bathroom and shower facililities exceptional. - The rooms were excellent - clean and modern. It felt as if we were staying in a boutique hotel. The owner was very friendly.
