  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   Ann and Guy were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The suite was not only very comfortable but tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off. We were offered to sit in the beautiful spacious garden. Ann offered us a drink. We were two adults and three children (2,5,8). The accommodations were excellent the hospitality was very good and breakfast was great. We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun. As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.
