  The proximity to the airport is of course excellent.The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.I would prefer it if the hotel had a few ice dispensers around. - Not bad for a quick overnight at the airport - quite comfortable and finally - an iron iron the room!. Wouldn't recommend as a vacation destination.

  Very good shuttle to and from the airport. Clean comfortable very quiet rooms with coffee and minibar. Well kept public areas, pool, and garden. As mid range airport hotels go, this is an excellent one. - i was there only for 1 night, 6 hours, but i liked the shuttle bus and the bed, shuttle bus could go more late the last trip

  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   The hotel was very nice and accommodating. Nice strong shower, heated floors etc. The meal at the hotel restaurant was very nice and the waiters pleasant. I had emailed before hand about a airport shuttle and also reminded them of the 5:00 am shuttle needed at the front desk when we arrived. This hotel is great if you need to be at the airport. - Very close to the Business area with big companies nearby such as Nokia, Verizon, etc. The restaurant is excellent and really gourmet.   I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport. - Very useful location on the edge of Brussels (near airport) and a good stopping off point.   Ann and Guy were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The suite was not only very comfortable but tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off. We were offered to sit in the beautiful spacious garden. Ann offered us a drink. We were two adults and three children (2,5,8). The accommodations were excellent the hospitality was very good and breakfast was great. We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun. As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.
