The deposit will be returned by banktransfer ca. 3 week after departure. Please leave your bankdetails including BIC and IBAN with the keyholder. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages. - Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rate. For renting bed linen there is an optional extra cost of 7 EUR per person and for towels 5 EUR per person. -Please note that the average use of electricity and water included, only if the use exceeds the average use extra costs will be charged.
