Upon checkin the owner informs you about the most important stuff like shops/restaurants without asking. Contacted by phone before arrival, thestaff provided us with clear information on how to use their taxiservice from and to the airport (at 5.00 am).   We travelled with our English Springer spaniel and were given a ground floor room with vinyl flooring which had a patio style door straight out to a huge grass area. Doggy heaven! Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with a pet. - Perfect service. Nice grounds for walk round the lake. 25 mts to the restaurant with very good service.
