  Really great staff especially the Brazilian girl on reception who couldn't have been more helpful. The kitchen was very useful too.   Clean, comfortable. Twin with refrigerator - great. Kitchen fully equipped and open 24 hours. The staff is very friendly. Luggage room. Good transportation access (trams to the center, to the Praterstern - Bus Station, to the Westbahnhof too - stops near the hostel). - I was surprised how clean and comfortable was for that amount of money.
