  While looking for apartment, we thought of booking it within Vienna Innere Stadt. Considering affordability we settled on Kimi Immobilien. And our choice turned out to be fantastic. Easy accessibility to Tram and Underground (Schottentor Station at walking distance of 3 minutes). Tram Routes D and 1 are fantastic to go around the major attractions... что говорят » in the City. Can reach major railway stations (West Bahnhof towards Salzburg & Innsbruck or Franz Josefs Bahnhof towards Krems an der Donau) and - Terrific location - just outside the Ring, 2 minutes from public transport, Rathaus, a cheap supermarket nearby and several restaurants within 0-5 min. walk. The stuff is very helpful & friendly. We had all the facilities we needed inside the apartment, which is comfortable & cosy.

  The manager was a very accommodating man. The location is perfect for getting around the city and near the airport if you are flying in. The apartment was very clean with all new appliances, cable, and wifi.   We liked of everything very much. The hotel is located on a nice small street in the center, five minutes to St. Stephane. Design is very lovely and made with attention to details. There are convenient mattress and pillows for sleeping lovers. Alexander and Dasha were very friendly and helpful . At the apartments you feel differently than if you'd - I enjoyed every minute staying in Chez Cliche! The interior is even more interesting then at the pictures, the design is on all details, the distantion is wonderful! Its in the heart of Vienna, near all tourist places, a lot of bars, caffes and shops are nearby. The apartments had everything I need, I enjoyed Vienna and didn't think of anything else. Thanks very much to the Dasha and Alexander, they were really friendly and helpful !!!

  The apartment made you feel as if you were living in Europe. I really liked it. It was cozy and in a great location. We were 5 min walk from everything. It was quiet as well. We did not have any contact with any staff but they were very attentive via email. - Wonderful location, nice clean apartment, stylishly furnitured.
