  I was delighted with the warmth of the welcome, on both occasions of my stay, and the helpfulness of the staff on reception. The house staff were courteous and efficient and the breakfasts were among the most impressive I as a fre - Location could not be better. One minute to St. Stephen's cathedral and Kartner St., Yet away from the shopping hustle. The historic building has a lot of character and feels very unique. I loved the atrium with the winter garden. The hotel feels private and comfortable. Breakfast served until 11:30 was excellent, with cold cuts, youghurts, pastries, cereals, 3 types of egg dishes and even goulash soup, if that's your preference.   Останавливались в отеле на 6 ночей в начале октября.Отель очень понравился.Расположение идеальное.От станции Митте,куда приехали на электричке S7,пешком минут 10(800м).Недалеко ,на Зингерштрасе есть Вилла(4мин.пешком).Очень приветливые работники на рецепшен и за завтраком. У нас был угловой номер(204)с двумя большими,почти в пол,окнами,выходящими ... что говорят » на Шулерштрасе и соседнюю улицы.Номер большой,светлый,с раздельным санузлом,в ванной комнате душевая кабина.Номер теплый,две регулируемые батареи..Ест - Месторасположение!Прекрасное соотношение цена/качество. Любезный персонал, готовый решить любую проблему и помочь. Отдельная благодарность Стефани, которая помогла в решении проблемы с датами брони, произошедшей по моей вине. Все было решено быстро и с улыбкой. Жили в номере 208. Комната достаточно просторная, высокие потолки, большие окна, комфортная температура. Очень удобный матрас и подушки. Несколько тесноватый душ-на это не проблема. Завтрак не для сладкоежек, но оно и к лучшему-сберег

There are so many places to eat...Austrian, Japanese, Egyptian, Italian.... Being so close to Stephansplatz means that getting around by metro is very simple.   Many thanks for our great vacation! We've been in apartments in Maria Theresien Strasse24. It's easy to reach this location by public transport (tram (D, 1), metro+CAT (from the airport)). Too big perhaps:-) The location was perfect. We were just a few steps away from Figlmuller, the best wiener schnitzel in the world, and 100 meters from Stefanplatz. Everything was great except there was no privacy in the bathroom as the wall/door separating the bath, toilet and shower was glass. It's also tricky when you have more than a couple staying as you have to go through the only bedroom to go to the bathroom. But that's minor.

The second bedroom was small but it definitely worked for us.
