We loved everything about this hotel. The location was superb (1-1/2km to train station and walking distance to old town Salzburg), the street (Linzergasse) was pretty and vibrant, the hotel was clean and very comfortable, and the service was excellent! If you love to stick your head out the window and see what's going on in the street below, ask for a room facing the front (fun!). There are also lovely quiet rooms facing the back. The manager was extremely helpful with advice and suggestions

The apartment was awesome, very cosy for 3 people. It is very clean and comfortable. I have OCD, this apartment is really neat! Ms Andessner was a very thoughtful host. We stayed in the two/three bed-roomed apartment. The apartment was well equipped for our needs and very well situated just across the river from the old town.
The member of staff that greeted us on our arrival at 10.30 pm was very friendly and accommodating.

The apartment is open plan to a certain degree meaning that noise traveled. I say a certain degree as there were two levels to the apart -
Stayed at the Apartments, single studio. Was spacious, convenient and overall a great experience; even had a bath and dishwasher!
Hotel facilities include a free spa area with steambath / swimming pool / sauna that we liked alot; theres also a washmachine in the basement of apartments building thats free to use - bring your own detergent tho.
Internet was clocking at 10-20Mbit via wifi, way better than expected; router could be found in the room, allowing possibly to go cable.
