I'm really sorry I can't remember her name but she is what excellence is all about, and just based on her service we would recommend your hotel. We arrived on Saturday morning about 9.00am so hopefully you can identify her from the roster.

We were unfortunate enough to have noisy neighbours who played loud music late at night. I found it absolutely bizarre that we could get free wifi on the beach, on the ferry, at restaurants and yet in our hotel we had to pay for wifi! This is ridiculous!!!. The in-room menu and car parking fees were way too expensive, even more expensive than the 5-star hotels that we have stayed in before. This needs to be addressed as it taints the overall experience of the hotel stay. No parking. Not the standard I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast Menu was very limited. Rooms a bit small. the hotel did not credit points on my starwood preferred card because i did not do the booking directly on the hotel website. Nothing i don't think!. Both the Dundee Arms and Bar 11 were unavailable. I suspect because there were few patrons but I'd looked forward to a nightcap on my doorstep. Breakfast. Too expensive for what you get. It was a shame not to experience bar eleven due to the weather. The Continental breakfast was disappointing, cold coffee, empty food containers not replaced quick enough, when restaurant is busy. Breakfast. A little disappointing, there were empty hot food dishes in the self serve areas. IE: bacon , etc. when u pay your money online for the room they dont inform u that there is a bond for the room which must be paid.so i had only enough money in my account for my bills so thats the one thing i didnt like. Room was very basic. Fitted out for a disabled guest which we were not. Limited wardrobe space. No vanity in bathroom. Was overpriced but I accept it was a late booking and a long weekend. Poor lighting in bathroom to do make up. Little signage for your hotel & your hotel parking sign would of been exceptional. No bathtub but a shower booth. The customers seem to be young and be getting drunk. I wouldn't have thought this hotel to have this type of clientele. Too loud music on the top floor terrace bar. none. Room was a little small. No chairs on balcony!. Sydneys rainy weather. Price of breakfast. Shower head didn't deliver a lot of water. Not much space in the room to get a buggy in.
