Friendly staff very efficient and helpful .Comfortable bed and quiet location with pleasant evening breeze make for a very relaxing and refreshing break. Good clean budget accomodation. Very close to town. Excellent views of the water. Operators provided excellent service. Quiet. very clean. Lack of a kitchenette. Plenty of noise from the local nightlife/pubs (friday night). Not really a problem though.
