Please note that this property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. A security bond of AUD 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This amount is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note, guests will be required to complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival. This document will be sent by the property after the booking has been made and will request a valid photo ID. Please note that this house will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. The property must be left in a clean and tidy state or additional cleaning charges will apply. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property or bring your own. A security deposit of AUD 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
