This is a cute little old-fashioned B and B, well-located near the centre of Ross (though the town is only small anyway), and with a relaxed atmosphere. We were in Miss Annie's room - small, but very well-designed; the owner has done a great job of fitting an en-suite into a very small space. The breakfast was simple but satisfying.

Great town setting; very comfy with those lovely extra touches (Port, chocs etc) that make a visit special. Very friendly service. Rooms were well appointed, plenty of space in a very pretty place.
Large room, very clean and comfortable. Everything has been thought of, great location in a picturesque town. It really feels like a home away from home, we loved it.
Old fashioned romantic getaway. Very quiet and peaceful town. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to bakeries & hotel.

Some will find the rooms a little small - but if you don't plan to spend a long time here and don't intend to spend most of your time in your room (there's a comfortable public lounge anyway), this would not be a problem.
I was expecting to meet the host, but everything is organised remotely by telephone and the breakfast is only a continental breakfast. Apart from this we loved this place and we will definitively be back.
No issues.
My wife didn't like the tea .It tasted like fish.
Needed a sink in the breakfast area. it is an unstaffed B&B but it would have been nice to meet the owner.
