Loved the upgrade - thankyou so much! The room was everything and more than we were expecting. Right from the moment we walked up to reception until check out, everything was first class. The grounds are so well kept, easy access to the beautiful Cable Beach, the pool area, spa facilities. You couldn't go wrong with staying here -

bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage
while we were away for a few days. The cleaning staff were equally

We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

Love Bunker Bay! We discovered the resort one year ago and have been

Facilities in room for cooking and laundry even impressed by salt and
pepper being available and dishwasher/cleaner replaced when used. So
many places don't do this forcing people to either buy their own or
not bother because you would have to purchase a whole bottle or box of
dishwasher tablets.
Everything very clean and well maintained and nothing too much trouble.

We have been going to Abbey for about 20 yrs. love convenience of having everything on site. We were thinking the units were looking tired and for a resort could never work out why beds were standard doubles. However for the first time we had an upgrade and were delighted. We have been very loyal to Abbey and again love the location and service has been over all these years and staff changes, very good.

Everything at the Amalfi Resort was excellent. Our villa was spotless and comfortable. We were late arrivals and our air conditioning had been turned on for us, vouchers for free Wi-Fi were on the table and a welcome pack for us to read. The place was big, clean and a great location. It was close to the waterfront and within walking distance of the town centre. TV, DVD Player, and stereo with iPod facility. Good fridge and cooking facilities completed and Excellent package. Staff were very supportive and helpful without being obtrusive. Will go back again. -

I loved the gourmet breakfast! The owners, Keith and Jane, know just how to make your stay perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. My favourite time of day was the evening, (exhausted from touring), sitting on the deck with a bottle of wine and looking at their beautiful garden.
