Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. Staff all the way through were really smiley and friendly. I thought the personalised greeting card upon arrival in the room was a nice touch. I really like the design of the hotel, with the indoor pool and the spa being in the centre. Its quite unique and different. The restaurant was lovely and affordable.
Also the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite.
I would definitely return to atrium hotel if i got the chance. It is lovely and you get your moneys worth.

Easy to find, easy to get parking unlike inner city hotels were its one way streets and double parking just to check in. I loved the service we got from Clinton the man that did the buffet
breakfast on Sunday morning. He was extremely pleasant and a asset to
your hotel. He made us feel welcome and that we were important. We
noticed he was rushed off his feet so we took it upon ourselves to clear
some tables for him which was our privilage. More hotels should follow
