My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on.. Extremely spacious rooms, lovely and clean. Location was great, the motel was set a little back from the main highway so lovely and quiet, yet easy to find late at night. A surprise to see two kangaroos in the driveway when arrived at night! The owners had graciously waited up for my 9pm arrival -they were very friendly, lovely people and very helpful indeed. Room service breakfast was perfectly on time, very tasty and good value. Check out was fast and easy. This would be a great place to stay

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful.
