I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham

The whole experience was very good and all the reception and dining room
staff were excellent, and rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Free wifi a
definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

Everything about my stay here was fantastic. It's a great place for reps travelling, couples and families. We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, comfortable and very well-equipped, and the hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town, near tourist attractions and the sea. It was useful to have a pc for use by guests in the reception area.

My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on.. We had an enjoyable time. Staff great - very helpful, nothing too much trouble, room- very roomy, good size, comfortable, very clean, great quiet location, stones throw from everything. Will not be staying in city from now on , will be staying at Crest on Barkly. Wish I had known about this place years ago !

I have stayed at the Crest many, many times previously while studying at Swinburne University - a 5 minute drive from the Crest. Staff are always friendly and helpful, resturant meals.breakfast etc. very filling with a good variety and chef's will make to order. Very close to public transport including buses and Trams into the city and St. Kilda.

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there. Enjoyed the stay with my partner, my sister and cousins. Mark and his wife were lovely hosts very accomodating very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and neat very cosy and comfy. Easy access to the town enjoyed walking around. Overall very organised and we will definately be back.

Had our wedding here on the 26th of october 2013. Had a wonderful night and could not fault the staff, food or service in any way. Thank you century inn for making our night one we will never forget. -

We stayed here to be just outside lakes entrance as its only about a 20 min drive, only stayed 2 nights, good place to sleep at night, the facilities were more than sufficient for our needs, friendly staff and free wifi :)
