Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.

Friendly Staff remembered our names and thanked us for staying.
We phoned to say we were running late. They went and put the air conditioner in room so it wouldn't be freezing when we arrived.
On leaving we stated we would stay again. Room was clean, of a good standard and very reasonably priced. -

great location, excellent value for money as we have a large family and had to get two rooms. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Booking was easy on the internet, and our request for two rooms next to each other was accomodated. -

Very small but well equipped room with microwave, tv, fridge, toilet, shower, aircon, ironing board, place to put clothes, toaster and kettle.
Did lack a dining table.
I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get.
Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect.
The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

The place is well maintained and clean and all facilities including the kitchen is fully functional.
Good place to stay in for a family trip and it's about 30 minutes drive to city center. Groceries and eateries are available in Eltham town which is less than 5 minutes away. -

Room was in a fantastic location, wildlife just outside, great view and ( for us ) perfect weather. As well as this the bed was great and spa bath was magnificant.
Location wasnt far from winneries, tracks, cultural activities and restaurants -

My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on.. We had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and gave us great tips of what to go and see. Location was in short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Grounds had great pool and our family room was perfect for our two children who asked to come back again. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!
