Fiona and Steve are brilliant as hosts. Everything about the B and B is great and it was so relaxing and peaceful looking out over the garden. Has an amazing location, our ocean-view room had probably the best view I've ever had from a hotel room and I've travelled a lot. Great little patio too which was unexpected but awesome perk. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Fridge in room was nice. Bathroom had been updated recently and was nice and modern. Included a good quality hair dryer which was a nice plus too. We have stayed here before and were very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. It is very bright and spacious. We would recommend you to anyone. -

The owners were lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The house was immaculately clean and all the extra finishing touches were beautiful. We all had a fantastic time and may be back for our anniversary next year as well. -

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

I liked the welcome by Renee - she was helpful and cheerful.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Rooms were non smoking but tables, chairs and an ashtray were provided on the balcony that overlooked beautiful roses. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a large spa bath with overhead shower.
Everything was spotlessly clean and the fluffy towels had a lovely perfume. I would absolutely recommend staying there!!!

We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed. We also had a beautiful room . -

A spacious 2 bedroom apartment that we only paid a 1 bedroom rate for. Modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Comfy and clean room. In fact, spa room is the best one I ever seen in motels. Pool and outdoor area adds up to relaxing atmosphere. Would be ideal for romantic getaway. For someone who likes cooking own meals, like we do, there's also a public kitchen and dining area, and they can bring a microwave to the room on request. -
